Organic Mexico Oaxaca SHG - small farmer lot
This small farmer group harvest only ripe cherry, depulping on either the same day or the day following. Manual depulping is the most common method, with fermentation for 10-16 hours, dried for approximately 20 hours on patios.
The farmers in this region, working with our COOP group are consistently placing in the top groups in the Cup of Excellence competition for Mexico.

Varietal: Typica, Costa Rica 95, Marsellsa, Bourbon
Process: Fully washed & sun dried on patios and mechanical dryers
Notes: Green Apple, Dark Chocolate, Citrus, Almond - highly recommended coffee
