Guatemala Santa Rosa Estate SHB EP GP

In the mountain forests of Guatemala’s Santa Rosa region, Finca Sabanetas has been home to coffee for more than a century. A multigenerational operation, operations at Finca Sabanetas are now in the hands of its founders’ great-grandchildren. It’s led by Marco Tulio Doando, who grew up among its coffee shrubs and carries a love for the plant in his own DNA.

Grown in mineral-rich volcanic soil alongside shady fruit trees, coffee plants at Finca Sabanetas benefit from a cool, rainy climate.

Coffee is washed and processed at the Transcafe mill in nearby Barbarena.
