Huehuetenango coffee is grown in the highland regions of northern Guatemala, producing perhaps the most distinguished and popular Guatemalan coffee. Famous for its bright acidity and big cup flavour.

Huehuetenango is a city and a municipality in the highlands of northern Guatemala. It is also the capital of the department of Huehuetenango. The city is situated 269 kilometres from Guatemala City, and is the last departmental capital on the Pan-American Highway before the Mexican border at La Mesilla.

Process: Fully washed and sun dried on patio and mechanical dryers
Varietal: Caturra, Bourbon

This is a very good value coffee that can be presented on it's own or used as a good base for a blend. A nice clean sweet cup, bright acidity, good chocolate notes, pop of citrus with some red berry notes.
