A speciality Costa Rica from the famous Sarchi region where multiple Cup of Excellence winners are originating from. This coffee is super clean cup, due to the strict policy of only picking ripe cherries. This attention to detail is what sets Costa Rica coffee apart from many Central America coffee growing countries and keeps quakers to a minimum. This coffee is patio dried initially then finished in mechanical dryers for the perfect moisture content.

This lot is a collection from small farmers in the Sarchi region of the West Valley with it's rich volcanic soils and perfect growing conditions that define the sought after coffee reputation.

Nice bright acidity, sweet, honey, papaya, nectarine, lovely tangy lingering almond biscuit with a citrus note.
