Origin: Palmichal, Acosta, Costa Rica
Altitude: 1100 - 1400 masl

Hacienda San Ignacio was founded in 2009, in that time the farm had traditional varieties such as; caturra and catuai, facing challenges like many other farms of the region, the main objective was and has become achieve good production in a sustainable way that ensure have a coffee farm prepared for the future, using new varieties and hybrids and investment on research and technology. Hacienda San Ignacio strive towards guaranteeing the sustainability of coffee farms through time, having good production and a management system that allows all to be prepared for climate change and diseases that could strike our crops with new hybrids coffee as H1, H15 and H3.
Cup Notes: big aroma, sweet, jammy, malic acidity, blackberry, yellow plum, Cabernet finish.
