This Colombia from the central mountain range around Bogota and is super clean and an excellent value price coffee that can fit many roaster needs. The most important element to this coffee is it is fresh, clean and very versatile for different roast levels.

Nice sweet clean up, notes of cherry, cinnamon, marzipan, melon, milk chocolate, roasted almond, stone fruit.
