The farm has JAS, CE, and NOP Organic certifications. Harvest happens from April to August.

The coffee is hand and mechanically harvested, then will be dried using a combination of cement terraces, asphalt terraces, greenhouses and a mechanized dryer.

The drying process takes 7 - 15 days and utilizes temperature and humidity meters to monitor the process.

This showcases flavours of butterscotch, hazelnuts, light red fruit in a well balanced sweet cup.
